Refund policy

If you find you have ordered too much product, you may return it. You must inform us within 24 hrs of delivery you wish to make a return and return it to us within 48 hours otherwise it will be refused. Stock items should be in a re-saleable condition and suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must use a next day delivery service. On arrival, the plants will be checked and if suitable for resale we will then issue your refund within 5 working days.
